When my dad does a custom running workout, he is able to overlay his targeted pace, whereas if i’m doing the same workout, all I get is 1km splits rather than grouped numbers and types (e.g his will say ‘type: warm up, distance: 2.5km etc and mine just says ‘distance 1km, pace: 4:10/km. It’s just annoying because i’m unable to justify parts of my run because some parts are slower than others, except it looks like i’m just slowing down and catching my breath.
