The date is 3 days off and the time is more than 5 hours off

I’m signed in, set up complete (2nd time) and Bluetooth connected. The watch shows 7:36am whereas actual time is now 2:26 pm AND the actual date is April 12, whereas the show’s April 9.

How have you chosen to set the time? Not sure what watch you are referring to but on most you should be able to go into Settings, System, Time, then Time Sync. Or you can open up a GPS enable activity and get the time from GPS.
