Edge 810 won't sync via Bluetooth

I read the forum trail on similar issue I am still having the same problem even though I am using the latest version of Garmin Connect on iPhone. Does anyone or Garmin guy have any solution?

A few things that might be helpful. Sometimes just power-cycling your device and phone and syncing with Garmin Express on your PC or Mac will fix it. Otherwise you can try the more extensive list of troubleshooting…

If all of this has been done and still no joy, best to contact Garmin via the Garmin Support Center

I just upload every activity individually rather than sync it

This has started happening for me. Have a Sony Xperia 1 and the Edge won't upload via bluetooth. Just says "Upload failed".
