For some reason my runs have just stopped syncing with runkeeper, tried reinstalling both apps but still no joy, help please. nick

I have the same issue! Someone who had a similar issue years ago seems to have solved it by disconnecting Garmin Connect from Runkeeper and vice versa, but there is no way to do this. I tried to disconnect GC from the Runkeeper app, but it gets stuck on a message saying "Disconnecting…" but it doesn't seem to be disconnecting at all. Can't disconnect Runkeeper from GC either because I cannot find where to manage third party apps. So annoying!

Here to say mine stopped also. I don't want to export tcx files all the time.

Same problem. Was fine until Friday: now won't sync. Given several of us have the same problem, I think it's an issue with RK.

Old thread, and others have already mentioned. If you're still having sync issues between Runkeeper and Garmin Connect...

Go to Runkeeper on the web at https://runkeeper.com/settings/apps, look for Garmin Connect then select "disable application access."

Go to Garmin Connect Web look under Account Information, under the Applications section, then if it's connected, select "Disconnect"

Go back to Runkeeper https://runkeeper.com/settings/apps and click "Connect to GARMIN."
