Spo2 levels during sleep

Hi, i can spot check my spo2 on my 245, but spo2 is not recorded during sleep. How can I enable this?

I believe it is: GC App - More - Devices - FR 245 - Activity Tracking - Pulse Ox - Sleep Tracking
