Amazon Music Error 502

Doesn’t sync, has errors all the time, the odd time it does sync it actually doesn’t!! Error 502..... error 502..... and so it continues. Loads of (hundreds) other bad reviews on the Garmin Amazon app. Maybe it’s an amazon issue... but they are both in bed together, watch will have to go back if not sorted pretty pronto. 

  • 502 for me too and dozens of others.  Please fix this asap.

    The Amazon Music App was working fine before the Connect IQ App update on my phone. Since the app updated a few days ago I have constantly the Error 502 appearing. I think this is a problem with the Mobile App as the Amazon Music App is working only by connecting with the Connect IQ App. Hope they will sort that out soon!

  • Been working fine for me until the last iQ update. Now just doesn’t connect, so you can’t download or sync.app is now a complete waste of space.please get this sorted ASAP

  • It’s working, but surely not correctly. Should I not be able to choose a track, an artist, an album??  All I have is the option of choosing “tracks” and they play at random? I can chose an artist/album and sync it but then cant play it on its own.

  • I know this is an old thread but wanted to see if anyone is having the 502 connect errors again since the May 2022 updates, as Amazon music on my Venu will not connect but was working fine prior to the update? Really annoying as the main reason for buying the Garmin was for the music.

  • Hi came across this problem today 24 May, I was pairing a new set of headphones and had to go to IQ store on phone app as the watch was having trouble connecting to Amazon music after pairing headphones and Amazon music app was updating it went on forever, I came out and then back in and uninstalled it went back out and in and reinstalled app, I had to re-pair the watch with amazon music and all working now as before 

  • Today I faced the same problem. In my case same hedphones as usual. My playlist disappered and now I can't browse my music: No connection to Garmin Connect Mobile 502. Tried to restart watch, uninstall, reinstall amazon music with no success

  • I've also trying to reset my garmin but still nothing

  • Same here. Managed to delete a playlists when trying to add back got all sort of connection errors. Phone and watch syncing via app but garmin iq said couldn't find device
    Uninstalled apps, disconnected watch finally seemed to connect to Amazon music again to stop part way through downloading playlists. Now error messages again. Have waded hours on this. Watch purely for music while exercising so now expensive junk
