It used to work and Strava has it and the accounts are linked. I’ve even deleted and re linked.
I'm not familiar with bkool, but you should probably contact their support to see if there are any issues with the connection between bkool & garmin. It's the responsibility of the training software to push rides to Garmin if they support that kind of synchronization.
I know that Strava does *NOT* push rides to Garmin. Garmin does, however, push rides to Strava.
