Choose which notifications will be sent to Venu from iPhone

It is the first time I am writing a post in the forum, so if there is a more appropriate area for this post redirect me freely.

I have the Venu Smartwatch, which I pair it with iPhone.

I have the latest software updates at the time of writing for both iPhone (iOS 13.4) and Venu (4.5).

I want to select which apps from the phone will send notifications to the Venu.

In the help center, there is a topic about how do I control what Phone notifications display on a Garmin device which describes how to choose which notifications will be displayed on the device, but in order to do that I have to also disable notifications to the iPhone notification center.

Is there a way to choose which notifications are sent to Venu without changing the behaviour of the notifications on my phone?

From my point of view, notifications displayed on Venu and notification settings on iPhone are independent from each other.

Unfortunately you can’t have different app notifications on phone and watch. The only thing you can change is how they are notified on watch. They can be silent/sound, vibration on/off, etc. However these settings apply for all notifications on watch.

This functionality does not make sense, I also think that it is not the same for the Android users.

Is there information about changing in the future?

You have to make a new feature request to Garmin through the support page by send a mail if this ever would be changed
