My watch is displaying the incorrect time. I synced the watch, turned off my Garmin and the time still did not update. How do I update the time?

This morning my watch froze while clearing a message. Since that incident the time is 4 minutes behind. I synced my watch with my app and it did not update. Then I turned off my Garmin and turned it back on and the time did still not update. What are next steps I can take to update the time?
