How to move a route from RWGPS mobile to Garmin connect mobile

Can not figer out how to move a route from RWGPS moblie to Garmin Connect mobile. Instructions I found on the internet talk about RWGPS CIQ app can't find that specific app. When I do a serach I find a app but it dose not seem to be created by RWGPS

The RWGPS CIQ app works on devices that support the CIQ platform (edge bike computers, etc). That lets you download RWGPS routes directly to the device.

To export RWGPS routes to the Garmin connect mobile app, go to the RWGPS web site, find the route you want to export, use the "Export as File" option to download the GPX Track version. Once the GPX track is downloaded, open it and then share it with the Garmin Connect app.
