My Fenix 6S pro will not download any data to the app what the heck is wrong

It is hard to tell without more information. Have you paired your Fenix with Garmin Connect App. Which OS do you run your app on. Is your device shown in the app. Have you tried to manually synchronized the device from the app and so on
