Syncing activies on fenix 5s and iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.1.3

I have an iPhone 11 Pro with IOS 13.1.3 and Fénix 5s which are not synchronizing. My activities from the app are not being sync at my watch; for example if I have a training actives I see them at iPhone app, but won’t pop up on my fenix 5S.
I have already delete the app from iPhone set it again and pair again the fenix 5 s but still don’t work. I also tried using another phone with android system but still, activities from the app will no pop up on my watch.
