The calories logged in My Fitness Pal do not match what Garmin Connect says. Garmin Connect keeps doubling the number of having incorrect info

The food calories I log in MFP don’t match on Garmin Connect. The calories on Garmin connect are higher or doubled. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and it hasn’t worked

I’m having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution to this? It was working fine two days ago, and now I’m 900 calories over when I should be close to my goal.
