My live track doesn’t seem to work anymore just comes up with no signal and trying to connect

My live track on forerunner 25 seems to have stopped working.
just says no signal and trying to connect.

Have you tried these fixes on the Garmin Support site? Livetrack Common Solutions

Yes. It was working fine a few weeks ago.

This is typically more of a Garmin Connect Mobile issue rather than a device issue. Do you have an Android or iOS?

iOS iPhone X was working ok a few weeks ago though.
