Heart rate monitor on wrist Fenix 6

The wrist heart rate monitor is not working on my fenix 6 solar It stopped a few days ago and I have no green lights on the sensors

I have tried switching it off, charging it but still nothing

If it’s still under warranty get in touch with product support and get it fixed or replaced.
