I delete my activity on garmin connect how to get activity again from my watch fenix 6X pro saphire

Hook up your watch via USB cable to your computer, then you should be able to upload the .fit file manually from the watch at D:\GARMIN\ACTIVITY\

then "import data on Garmin Connect Web
