Yes; I have an open ticket with them now. All they keep doing when I chase for an update over the past couple of months, is ask for “screenshots of the behaviour”. Just this afternoon I have had an email saying “I know you have sent them previously but it would be useful to get up to date screenshots”. Quite why further screenshots of exactly the same thing might help, god only knows. The poor woman I’m dealing with just sounds embarrassed at their incompetence; but she’s only passing on the message for the Technical team who refuse to speak to me directly on this or the long-running “Physio True-up doesn’t work” issue (9 months old and counting...). But I would encourage others to open tickets with Product Support.
The problem started with walking + running distance duplicating the distance of a run activity; but they’ve made it worse over the past 2 months and it’s now impacting workouts and Active Calories.
