Activity tracker is not showing updated activities on garmin connect

My garmin device has tracked my activities but it hasn’t logged it with the app on my phone - both fully charged - have tried to sync device - that’s not worked - I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded it

Which Garmin device do you have? Try connecting via USB cable to your computer and using Garmin Express to sync your activities. This should at least get them saved off of your device so you don't lose them.
