My phone isn’t pairing with my watch

My phone isn’t pairing with my watch. Bluetooth is on. The watch is powered. ???

I’ve just got my new Garmin Vivomove HR and I missed the step of adding the numbers in the back of the watch and now I can’t seem to pair it with my phone. I’m looping round and round. The phone is on and is attached to power. Help!
