I called customer service and they replaced the watch under warranty. The new one works just fine.
What does the app show as your Resting Heart Rate? You can find it on the pane with the heart rate, but seeing the values for previous days would be interesting too: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/60/wellness/last_seven_days
With the default settings of the IM, the HR must reach around a double (perhaps a bit more) of the RHR value to start counting the IM, so if your RHR is unusually high (for example when you do not wear the watch during the sleep), then it could be the reason.
Same here I have a new fenix 6 pro and am training for half marathon Ran four times last week including a 21km long run but "4w avg is showing 0 days per week. have tried a hard reset no seaming difference.
Strangely enough I am maintaining at least 75 min/wk but not doing enough.
I am sorry to hear about this. Please consider setting Intensity Minutes based on heart rate zones, if not already, and test again. Can I Earn Intensity Minutes Based on My Heart Rate Zones?
