Restart Garmin Coach after plan cancelled

Hi - does anyone know how to start a new Garmin Coach plan? I cancelled Garmin coach 10k due to injury but I can’t see an option to create a new plan?

I'm totally experimenting here (and maybe you've figured this out by now, since this was four month ago)--but it looks like you can start a new plan if you use the Connect application through an actual computer web browser, instead of on your phone. These are the instructions I found:
