Didn’t have this problem with the same watch on my Samsung, now changed to iPhone, can’t get the measurements to sync to km’s.
All units in Garmin connect and watch state it is in Km’s, but ‘my workouts’ and total distance is in miles. Very frustrating when running I don’t know what distance I’m at.
