I don’t get active minutes for a lot of my workouts. I get 1/5 of the training effect it always gives me a 1. Sometimes my heart rate is maxed for most of the workout. It use to do so much better. I also get 10 flights of stairs without even getting out of bed. I typical get a zero recovery time on my intense runs and yesterday I walked a slow .5 miles to an appointment and got a 1 hour recovery time. Trust me, I exert myself a lot more for long runs.
