Same issue, I updated my garmin connect app the other day and have now lost all my training data for the last couple of years. Very frustrating, how do I get it back?
It's possible that you've logged into the iOS app under a different account. Check this link on Garmin Support to see if this can be fixed. Data is Missing from My Garmin Account
