Syncing

My vivosmart 4 is only syncing my steps and nothing else. It’s not the 1st time this is happening. Have deleted the app and my device and reloaded both but it keeps doing it. Have a iPhone 8 Plus

Same, but on an iPhone SE. I reset the vivosmart and repaired, it synced, but only the first time.
