My Garmin watch downloads to Gain on my iPhone but won’t transfer to my Strava account. It used to transfer on February 9 , but stopped after Garmin wanted me to redo my info. Any Ideas?

I’m having a similar problem where although the accounts are linked from both sides, my Garmin activists don’t show up on Strava.
