Pace in km/min changed suddenly on Garmin 35

My Garmin 35 suddenly stopped pacing me in min/km and something different appears? Instead of 6:45 about, I get 8.5? Don’t what that is. I am on holiday (no computer) and need pace for a race.

Same android and 935. Went from per 100m to per km on a lap swim. Not useful.
