Vivoactive 4S intensity minutes no longer working

Since the latest iPhone IOS13 update, my intensity minutes no longer track at all on my vivoactive 4S.

Has anyone else had any similar problems? It only seems to be the intensity minutes, even when it’s in workout mode it still fails to work
