How do I upload GPS course emailed to iPhone to bluetooth-connected Garmin Edge 1030 without using a PC? (I'll be on the bike and expect to have the next legs emailed to me in "real time")

Hi!

I will be on the bike without a PC and working off cue cards provided at rest stops. My support team (Dad!) can in real time convert the way-points to GPS within Garmin Connect or within MapMyRide. He will then email these to my teammates and myself. However, need your advice on how to take that emailed file (or link) from iPhone and upload directly to the Garmin Edge (model 1030) that is linked via bluetooth. We will not have wifi available while on the bike, but should have cell-phone coverage. Thanks, Laurence
