sleep data is inaccurate

I use a vivosmart HR+ And sync with connect IOS. My sleep data is notoriously inaccurate as the “awake time” is always incorrect. If I get up, say for 5 minutes, then read for 30, the app only shows 5 minutes. It would help if the edit function allowed for manual adjustment of the awake period.

I also noticed even more oddities to tracking sleep data. There were couple of times when it showed all the 9 hours of sleep as a deep sleep. In addition to that, it didn’t track time awake in the middle at all. Not sure why is that so

On the screen below it shows almost 10h of deep sleep, which isn’t possible. And it says that I’ve wake up at 9.58am while it us  7.55am

On the screen below the math isn’t working. It shows the total sleep duration is 8h 26m in one place, and on the graph it says that I was sleeping from the midnight to 6.28am, which is 2h less than is displayed the total duration. Deep sleep duration also doesn’t seem to be true.

Garmin has the worst sleep tracking in the business. Shockingly bad compared to other brands.

My biggest complaint are the blocks of ‘zero’ data which skew all the numbers.

My Vivosport is misses sleep start time by as much as 3 hours.  Also, awake times are not recognized, both during sleep and upon waking. Sleep data is some of the most important info I require
