Have not been able to sync sleep data for several days

My sleep data hasn’t downloaded for days.....what can I do

    I had a similar problem with my Vivoactive 3 after updating to the latest iOS. Steps, sleep and HR data were not synced anymore. In one of the other threads following solution is mentioned (credits to morey000):

    "Just spoke with Garmin.  Here's what he (Brett from Garmin) had me do.

    forget bluetooth device from your phone

    delete watch from Garmin Connect

    delete garmin connect app from phone

    restart phone

    restart watch

    re-download garmin connect

    re-pair watch

    a bit of a pain, but it's working again." 

    Quite a workaround, but it solved the problem although I lost sleep, seps, floor and HR data since the last succesful sync...

  • Thanks for posting this, it fixed a persistent problem with syncing my Instinct 2. Sleep data could be viewed in the watch but would not sync, but all other data would.
