I can not add card to garmin pay

Hello

I'm using iPhone 11 with iOS 13.3.1, watch is vivomove style. During addins card to garmin pay i jus see "wait few minutes, preparing..."

I try to reinstal Garmin Connect, restart phone. Same with watch. Notification work perfect, but payment none..
