My forerunner 245 music will not flow my steps for the week into the challenge. Any suggestions? I believe I changed the privacy settings.

My forerunner 245 music and I are having issues. I accepted a challenge only to realize my steps aren’t flowing over for it. It said I only got 18 steps for the week. I changed the privacy settings I think. Any suggestions?
