Deleted Tracking of Steps on App

I accidentally deleted the tracking of my steps on my Garmin phone app. How do I reinstall that feature so I can track my averages.

Garmin has a huge issue lately the step data from newsfeed has disappeared for some users! No fix yet identified! Not happy!
