vivoactive3 Music pairing failure

  Using vivoactive3 Music paired with CONNECT MOBILE on iPhone.  Device paring/connection randomly drops/disconnects and reconnects/restores. Tried everything I can imagine, Including device master reset, diagnostics, app reinstallation, uninstalling apps that use Bluetooth connection and manually replacing device system files as instructed by customer support. Nothing has solved the problem. This started right after there was an update of Bluetooth system file(s) on vivoactive3 around the time of iOS 13 update. Any clue?
