I have a Fenix 6s pro, and have been using coach Amy for a 5k plan. I’ve really enjoyed it, but today I had to reschedule a run. I also blocked out a day, but included another.
the resulting reshuffle meant my runs went from 3 mile steady state, to 5 miles, and introduced 5 miles interval training.
I tried reversing the days again, but then I also had hill work introduced. I tried several times to get an plan close to my existing one, but it seems *** bent on trying to kill me!
I’m thinking I’m going to need to delete and add a new plan, such shame as I was really enjoying my plan. Anyone else had something similar?
Apologies if there are exciting posts about this, I did search but couldn’t find an existing post quite like this.
