Zwift rides no longer uploading.

Zwift rides no longer uploading automatically. No issues until Jan 27, 2020; that was the last time Zwift rides uploaded to Garmin Connect. I've disconnected Garmin Connect form" my.zwift.com" and "Zwift Companion app" and re-connected. Did not resolve the issue. Is there something on the Garmin connect app that I need to do to re-establish the link. I'm now manually entering all my Zwift rides.

Same here. Have re-established authorization with Zwift and Strava and deleted and reinstalled the iPhone app but no change. Only “solution” is to export the fit file from zwift and upload manually to Garmin Connect web.

obviously something wrong on the server side, not us users.

Just noticed my Zwift rides from yesterday have been uploaded. Weren’t there this morning. Maybe just a delay on GC part then, my Strava and Training peaks syncs worked fine.

Just had my zwift run fail to upload. Zwift had a record number of users on the other day and Tour de Zwoft running right now. My guess is servers on one (or both) sides are currently strained. Has happened with Strava in the past.

I have the exact same problem. Rides always sync to Strava, just not into GC. dis-connected and re-connected my accounts, no joy.

What makes it worse is that the .fit file downloaded direct from Zwift is never able to import into GC either so cannot even manually upload

I've read dozens of posts about this issue and theres not a single response or tagged post from Garmin. This is where your issues go to die. What the *** is the purpose of this forum @Garmin if you aren't going to bother even *** monitoring it.

Mutual help. For getting the help from Garmin, contact them directly at https://support.garmin.com, though I am unsure whether it is not rather an issue at Zwift, so you may want to contact Zwift as well.
