Garmin Connect App (or no connect one this case)

I have used Garmin Connect & my various Garmin devices for several years without issue. Recently in the past 6-8 weeks or so, every time I try to open the app I have to enter my password & reconnect my device. What is going on Garmin? It’s incredibly annoying & time consuming.
