Strava filter so only selected activities are uploaded?

Hi, This is a question that has been asked but never resolved. How can I filter what activities are uploaded to Strava? Currently the only way I know is to set all uploads to private and then open up activities one by one to be shared. Or upload everything as shared and then get into Strava and set selected activities to private. There seems to be two solutions. First to be able to select which activity type to be updated to Strava (eg all bike rides) and the rest are not uploaded. Section, set the privacy on activity types so that bike activities are uploaded to be shared and other are uploaded to Strava as private.

Is there any progress on this? Thanks.

Hi Garmin, any thoughts on this issue? Many of your loyal customers have multiple devices, specific to certain uses (such as a bike computer) and maybe not so specific, (such as an activity watch), and it would be nice to select what goes to Strava and what does not. I would think this could easily be done in the Garmin Connect app. THANKS!!
