In a work day a have about 16000 steps. But thats only calculated to about 200 active calories by my watch. Can that be right?

In a work day a have about 16000 steps. But thats only calculated to about 200 active calories by my watch Is that normal? I would think it should be at least 600-800. Is there something im missing.

i have a feeling that all the small distances i walk in a day arent being calculated in as active. Anyone else?
