No Garmin Connect sleep data or heart rate.

My watch shows heart rate and stores heart rate data but the Garmin connect graph is empty and no sleep data gets recorded.

In case of my wife’s fenix 6 Sapohire, the stress bar in Garmin Connect is fixed and solid...not the normal graph with spikes...also can’t connect it to Connect Mobile!!!

So far has fixed the problem on my end:

1. Open “Garmin Connect” app

2. ...More

3. Garmin Devices

4. Your device [Select >]

5. Activity Tracking

6. Enable “Activity Tracking”

Welcome to Garmin. Going to take it back. Nothing works to fix this!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Pointless for me.
