Vivoki will not connect with iPhone

I have tried everything to connect my Vivoki to connect with my iPhone for over a month and nothing will help.
I uninstalled the app, shut phone off. Turned phone on reinstalled app. Shut phone off. Turned back on, and go through installing the Vivoki. It connects to Vivoki but doe NOT finish the process.
