Not mapping

Hi I have a viviactive HR and it has stopped showing maps. I can see distance, pace etc but no maps are being shown or transferred to Strava. This started happening on 23 dec. any ideas?

Despite being activated on watch and app my body battery and stress readings are no longer showing on the Connect app since 23 Dec. can’t find why, any support guidance or reference in manuals.

IOS 13, and newest version of app installed. Any ideas?

Hello the same happened to me this Dec 2020. Maps stopped showing. Did you ever get an answer?
