I'm prepping to purchase a new iPhone and I wanted to make sure ALL my stored data was logged by Garmin so I wouldn't lose it.  I downloaded and logged into Garmin Express on my laptop and NO DATA showed.  I synched my Vivoactiv3 to the computer and it pulled all recent data from my device, but showed no data from my iPhone.  I signed back into my iPhone Garmin Connect app, and ALL MY DATA IS GONE!!!!!!!!!    No shoes, no runs beyond what was in my Vivoactiv3.  Please help me get my data back.  I don't think I have two accounts because I updated my password on the app, which worked on the laptop.

  • Is the data in Garmin Connect? As in the website? If it is then it should all get to your phone.

  • Using Fenix sapphire 6 and Garmin connection iPhone, Mac OS.  Similar problem with loss of data on phone.  Freaked out when looked this am  Went to GCwebsite and my activities and health data are there.   Brief relief since unfortunately, the mobile version won't update after watch sync to computer and the phone.  Deleted mobile app and reinstalled with no resolution     After more careful review the mobile app is missing many of my activities and my health data like VO2 max is gone.  Argghhh.  The GC website is missing my heart rate data and steps from today.  So...all the information is here but in two different locations.  I am going to try and stop try fixing tihs with syncs and reinstalls and see how things sort themselves out the next week....and go for a run and some biking.

  • I am a dope. When the latest update was installed on my phone and I needed to log in to connect, I entered an older (other)account for my Edge. Now both on same login and seem to be working. Sorry for the misinformation.

  • That's good news! Hoping Former Member has the same resolution.
