My Fenix5s says I’m connected so does Garmin IQ and I’ve tried all the recommended fixes for iPhone X except deleting the app. If I do this will loose my data? Thanks for any advice.

Since 31 Dec mine has started to sync again. Sometimes I have to force sync though by turning watch on and off. I understand Garmin released a patch in the US before Xmas and I guess it’s come to the U.K. now. Deleting the app, making sure the data is saved in your account, works also, I had to do this twice before Xmas. Hope you sort it out.
