Garmin Connect display frozen on iPad after update to ios 13.3

I updated to ios 13.3 on my iPad. I opened Garmin Connect and selected a previous activity, which then displayed never-before-seen lap data on a mostly black background. The only option is to change the size of the display. I can't close that screen or get to any other view or function. What do I do now? BTW, I haven't even tried to upload a new activity; all I wanted to do was view a previous one.

Hi, did you resolve the issue? When I updated 13.3 on my iPhone. The app will no longer sync. Though my watch says I’m connected....

Rebooting the watch has fixed sync issues for others.

I nave this same problem. Re-booting solves it temporarily. Who wants to have to re-boot every time the app is used ?
