last update garmin connect via iphone made fenix chronos erase old data

I accure problem after last last week apple update of APP garmin .

to sync the watch it does not connect anymore with apple phone. . phone can't find watch anymore.

after multiply times re-install the app new, and startup fenix chronos , ti still not work .

nevertheless, connected via the usb socket with the laptop , I noticed that all my information from of 2017 till somewhere may this year is gone !!!!!!! @!#~#@#$#@$#@$

really not happy with this result ..

WHY DO THEY DON'T TEST FOR ONCE FOR A LONGER TIME THE UPDATE BEFORE THEY RELEASE IT .. I'M REALLY UNHAPPY, ALL MY INFO IS GONE!!!

SO GARMIN HOW DO YOU HELP ME GET MY DATA BACK FROM OFF 2017 ?

Same problem here. All data erased on Garmin Chronos. Did you find a solution?

Yes, I did, spent 2 days, doing all sort of things , install , deinstall ect ect. Did other emailaddress and , bang got all back , except the days their was no connection . Now I not sure it was the problem of the email , but 1 thing I know for sure ...TEST THESE UPDATE A 1000 TIMES BEFORE YOU RELEASE THEM!! EVERY STUPID APP ON YOUR PHONE HAS ALMOST EVERY WEEK UPDATES .. TEST TEST TEST TEST AND AGAIN TEST THEM !! Its all apps , phone , tv, laptop , ps4 , sonos, bose .... ect . Thank you garmin !
