Garmin watch data not syncing with Connect app

Hello there ,
I am using Garmin forerunner 645 music. Somehow my cycling data is getting saved on my watch but same is not reflecting on Garmin connect app on my i phone 8. Can some one help me with this ?

If an activity isn't syncing right after saving it, open the Garmin Connect app and wait a few minutes to allow it to sync LiteBlue.

I have the same issue with strength training, saves on my watch but not on connect. It works if I turn off/ on the watch prior to the workout, but this isn’t acceptable
