Can’t sync a pace pro activity while Forerunner is connected with Connect mobile

I made a Pace pro activity from a race i did last year trying to run faster this year. But I can’t sync with GCM. My Forerunner 945 is compatible with Pace pro.
any idea what’s going on? It says my Forerunner is busy treid several times but no luck so far

I have a new Fenix 6 and it’s not possible to sync a race. It’s the same problem for me. A notification on my garmin connect mobile says : no compatible device.

Is there a problem with Garmin mobile ?
