Data lost in iPhone

None of my data is there from before Dec 10 on my iPhone. It was there yesterday. Today the app made me go thru the steps as if it was a new device. Online however, when I plugged it into my computer (Garmin Express) it synced and all past data was there. Just can’t get it on my iPhone.

Yeh I’m having the same problem I think. My Forerunner 35 watch shows my data but it is not transferred to my iPhone. Bluetooth is connected and the sync whirly gig indicates the watch and phone are synced but they aren’t! Any suggestions?

Just discovered that I didn’t need to set up my watch as if new. I had connected it to another Garmin account (my GPS) that uses a different email so that’s why it didn’t show any past data. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Then signed in with correct email. Now al past data is there I knew I’d be ok because the data was in Garmin Express on my laptop. Hope that helps.
